Votident's election solutions and SMS systems assist nations in increasing transparency, automating their pollbook functions, and modernizing their election process.

Our software solutions are in use by a variety of nations, including:

• The Republic of Haiti
• The Dominican Republic
• El Salvador

In Haiti, we provided SMS service to allow citizens to send an SMS text message to the number "200" and, in response, receive their voting locations. This system was used by 54% of voters to locate their polling station.

For the Dominican Republic, we assisted in implementing hardware for a quick count reporting system utilizing GPRS cellular technology to provide speedy results once the polls closed.

In El Salvador, we assisted in developing an electronic reporting system that provided election results in a matter of hours, dramatically increasing the confidence in the electoral process.

Votident's identification applications assist states in automating their pollbook functions.

Our software solutions are in use by states and provinces, including:

• The State of Texas
• Chicago’s Cook County
• Fairfax County Virginia.

For the State of Texas, we developed an application which, after scanning a driver's license, searches a database of the entire State of Texas within a quarter second.

In Chicago's Cook County our software provides handwritten signature based record comparisons. We also developed a portable device to assist voters in locating their polling places.

For Virginia, our software searches voter records based on three different types of identification: magnetic bar scan, driver's license bar code scan or social security number.
